Major change is taking place within the ACCA Board of Directors. The Federal/Provincial/Territorial (FPT) Deputy Ministers of Justice have approved the creation of the Heads of Court Administration (HoCA) group which will replace the existing ACCA Board of Directors. The HoCA group will have a direct link to the FPT deputy ministers. In conjunction with that move, HoCA is planning for numerous transitional matters which includes the redevelopment of the ACCA website and the establishment of a Canadian Court Administrators Network.
Further information will be provided as the transitional items are addressed.
